This office is wonderful, from the front staff, vet techs and Dr. Walker. I have used them since moving to Havasu 6 years ago. Always get a call from Dr. Walker directly with test results or updates on procedures, which is much appreciated. I have a cat that needs a specific food, which they have always had when I need it. This week, November 1, I took Jackie Blue in for a vaccine update and Senior Labs. The team at Novak recognized us as we walk in the door. They are always very kind and friendly to Jackie Blue and I. They treat us as close family members and Jackie loves going to visit her friends at Novak. The care is excellent and I feel fortunate to have them as members of my family....

My dog loves going there, he's calm and behaved when going and they have always treated me great. seem to spend the right amount of time with him. I have been going there about 8 years and also have had him boarded there, with no problems
